Advantages if you visit the fair:
- only 5 minutes (footwalk) to the main entrance of the „Neue Messe München“ (New Munich Fair) and MCC (Munich Congress Centre)
- in the evening there is no need to wait for a taxi or waiting to leave the parking garage (it can take up to 60 minutes for a taxi!)
- no expensive parking fees
- on mild evenings, you can sit on the balcony and relax
- nice ambience to meet business friends, the table can also be used as a conference table for up to 8 persons
- take your family with you: Shopping in the Riem Arcaden (shopping mall, a 5 minute-footwalk away) or sightseening Munich is a beautiful experience

- own drinks instead of taking them from an expensive hotel-mini-bar

- you do not have to bring anything with you: all beds are freshly covered
- there are towels and soap in the bathroom
- if you do not like to make breakfast, just go in one of the cafés nearby, for example the Ikarus Coffe-shop is just 2 minutes of footwalk away.

The flats size is 85 sqm (~ 915 sqf or more than 100 yards2) and so it is quite big for Munich. There are two bedrooms, a large living room with dining area, a large bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen.
The apartment is in the upper part of the three floor house, but there are no roof bevels and is faced directly to the south. It is a light, modern and exclusive set-up.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the bedrooms and the living room
shouldn´t smell like a pub either: Please smoke only on the balcony!
